  • Shadowing, integrating and Installing New services to a new or existing client
  • Produce project deliverables as directed by the VP of Operations
  • Understands there is an availability need from 6a-11p
  • Maintains communication with Director Of Patient Engagement
  • All Support Specialist Responsibilities


  • Minimum of Six Months in Current Role
  • Average of 75 or higher in Quality Assurance scores, in the last 6 months
  • Proven exemplary communication skills
  • Excellent Client Working Relationships
  • Excellent Script Knowledge
  • Proficient in Portal Understanding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly Organized
  • No Formal Active Disciplinary Plans
