Project Coordinator 

 

Summary of Project Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Shadowing, Interview, integrate and Installing New services to a new or existing client
  • On Site Liaison for go live of new client (up to 2 weeks), reviewing processes, integration, reporting and patient handling. 
  • Produce project deliverables as directed by the Project Manager 
  • Understands there is an availability need from 6a-11p
  • 60% travel (national)
  • Maintains communication with Director Of Patient Engagement
  • Smooth Transition of client to Director of Patient Engagement from Project manager

Qualifications
  • Proven exemplary communication skills
  • Excellent Client Working Relationships
  • Excellent Script Knowledge
  • Proficient in Portal Understanding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly Organized
  • No Formal Active Disciplinary Plans
